Job summary

P.I. Works seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex mobile network automation and optimization projects for global clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, integration, support, and delivery.

You will be the primary interface with customer project managers and executives, manage risks and budgets, and contribute to pre-sales and proposals. Travel across locations will be required; fluency in English is mandatory, with additional languages a

Qualifications

• 8+ years in the mobile telecom industry, with at least 5+ years in project/program management or a customer-facing delivery leadership role.
• PMI/PMBOK certification is a plus.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Project and PMBOK methodology.
• Proven project management experience in multi-country, multi-cultural, customer-facing environments.
• Demonstrated teambuilding and leadership skills, including leading teams without direct hierarchical authority.
• Fluent English is a must; a second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for planning, coordinating, and executing mobile network projects spanning automation, optimization, engineering, professional and managed services.
• Manage multiple large, complex projects simultaneously within stringent deadlines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Integration, Support, Delivery, Sales, Finance, and external partners across locations/time zones.
• Act as the primary interface with customer project managers, technical teams, and senior stakeholders to build confidence through structured project management.
• Establish and maintain cooperation with Mobile Network Operator stakeholders and internal departments.
