Dinex Group in Turkey is seeking a Process Leader to launch a new production line, lead manufacturing processes, and drive continuous improvement in a global setting. You will own the project plan, manage CAPEX, coordinate internal and external teams, design factory layout, oversee FAT/SAT, and ensure timely, safe start of serial production and handover to Operations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial projects, strong project management skills, and experience with robotics and welding

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in industrial projects, manufacturing engineering or production-line investments.
• Experience with CAPEX tracking and cross-functional coordination.
• Knowledge of factory layout planning and industrial equipment installation.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proven project management with risk and budget tracking.

Mansioni

• Own the overall project plan including scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and progress tracking.
• Plan, monitor, and report the CAPEX budget, costs, and deviations from the approved plan.
• Coordinate internal Dinex stakeholders, external suppliers, contractors, and the robotic line integrator.
• Develop and coordinate the factory layout, including equipment positioning and material flow.
• Follow up on equipment design, manufacturing, delivery, installation and integration activities.
• Coordinate FAT, SAT, trial production, and production-readiness activities.
• Ensure installation and commissioning meet project, safety, quality, and operational requirements.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and delays; define mitigation actions and follow up.
• Provide regular project status updates and elevate critical issues to management.
• Coordinate handover of the completed line to Operations with documentation.
