Job summary

Mustafa Bagli, a facial plastic surgery clinic in Istanbul's Nişantaşı, seeks an International Patient Coordinator to support international patients throughout their treatment journey and assist with daily administrative and operational needs.

You will welcome patients, coordinate consultations and schedules, manage transfers and accommodation, handle patient data in the system, issue invoices, and ensure a smooth day-to-day clinic operation.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Comfortable working both in the clinic and in the field.
• Able to adapt to changing schedules and daily operational needs.
• Professional and friendly approach to patient communication.
• Previous experience in healthcare, medical tourism, hospitality, or patient coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting international patients
• Coordinating consultations, surgery schedules, hospital admissions, and postoperative visits
• Accompanying patients during hospital and clinic processes when needed
• Coordinating transfers and accommodation
• Communicating with patients before, during, and after their stay in Istanbul
• Entering and maintaining patient information in the clinic system
• Preparing and issuing patient invoices
• Handling basic clinic documentation and administrative tasks
• Ensuring examination room equipment and instruments are cleaned, organized, and ready for use
• Monitoring clinic supplies and informing the team when restocking is needed
• Coordinating with hospitals, hotels, drivers, and other service providers
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic
