LIPTON Teas and Infusions is seeking an experienced Packaging Engineer for AMET markets based in Turkey. You will lead packaging workstreams, design packaging per material standards, and manage packaging specs and pallets in the company data system.

This role connects global strategy with local market needs and collaborates across regions. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in packaging design/development, FMCG experience, and a degree in packaging materials or engineering.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of packaging engineering/development experience.
• Experience with paper/board, flexibles and aseptic packaging.
• Bachelor's degree in packaging materials, engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1+ years in FMCG/Retail.

Aufgaben

• Acting as Packaging workstream leader for key packaging projects.
• Developing and designing packaging to the packaging action standards for each material.
• Responsible for the creation, development and completion of packaging specifications and P&Ps in the company data system for all key innovations and activities.
• Coordinate with global/regional packaging teams and local business teams; ensure alignment with global packaging strategy and local market needs.
