Qualifications

• Preferably graduated from Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials and Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar departments.
• Desire to continue a career in the field of production technologies.
• Strong communication skills; able to maintain business relations with customers, production network, and in‑house departments.
• Fast thinker, easily adapting to changing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-time delivery and quality control processes.
• Follow and control production processes of orders given to production partners.
• Ensure project coordination by communicating with customers and production partners.
• Control dates and dispatch, organize delivery, and perform quality control of products.
• Resolve problems and special cases with customers and manufacturers.
• Track the logistics process of work packages from production partners.
• Document production orders in internal CRM and ERP systems.
