Job summary

Legero Marine & Offshore Logistics is seeking a results-driven logistics professional to drive profitable business by creating solutions in airfreight and global logistics. You will organize logistics from door to deck, build strong client relationships with shipowners and ship management, and create quotations with margin controls.

The ideal candidate has airfreight experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, strong written English, and proficiency with Word/Excel to generate reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience with airfreight shipments for export/import/transit.
• Strong written English communication.
• Extensive phone contact with carriers and parties worldwide.
• Ability to prepare documents and reports from multiple sources.
• Proficient in Word and Excel for reports.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate all logistics processes from door to deck after receiving a client request.
• Promote and maintain a positive client relationship with shipowners and ship management through proactive service in collaboration with other departments.
• Create quotations for shipments, select transportation vendors, and set profit margins.
• Assess and understand customer needs to tailor logistics solutions.
• Identify and arrange global logistics solutions and engaging agents.
