Job summary

Avesoro Resources is seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to coordinate end-to-end import logistics, ensuring customs compliance, port operations, and inland transportation. The role focuses on accurate documentation, carrier coordination, and timely delivery to support mining operations.

The ideal candidate will manage ERP and OT records, evaluate regulatory requirements, and collaborate with finance, port authorities, and carriers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in logistics operations, import, customs clearance, port, or transportation is preferred.
• Knowledge of import, customs clearance, and logistics operations is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end import logistics, customs compliance, port operations, and inland transportation.
• Submit complete shipment files to customs brokers and track documents.
• Monitor shipments, update ERP and OT records, and report delays to management.
• Plan inland transportation and fleet scheduling and ensure regulatory compliance.
