Job summary

BioTalent is seeking a Head of Launch Management to steer global launches for complex OSD and Sterile products from development through commercialisation. You will align Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Commercial teams across regions, building governance and readiness frameworks for timely launches.

We expect 10–15+ years in pharma, including leadership of multi-country launches and collaboration with CMOs/CDMOs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
10+ years in pharmaceutical industry with at least 5+ years leading global product launches.
Experience with both OSD and Sterile portfolios and regulated markets.

Responsibilities

Lead global launch strategy and execution for OSD and Sterile products.
Establish launch governance and best practices; create integrated plans.
Drive readiness across Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
Manage multi-market launch planning, risks and dependencies; report to senior leadership.
Partner with CMOs/CDMOs and external partners; develop cross-functional teams and governance.
