Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Senior Clinical Site Management leader to drive site management strategy across studies. You will oversee monitoring activities, coordinate with country leaders, and ensure timely delivery of study milestones in a complex global environment.

Demonstrated leadership, English fluency, and strong presentation and collaboration skills are essential. Experience with site selection, activation, and TMF management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent OUS degree in (para)medical or scientific field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry clinical research experience; 2 years monitoring or PM or equivalent on global studies.
• Experience in multiple therapeutic areas and phases is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze study timelines and confirm feasible CSM deliverables.
• Communicate CSM resource needs with Country Leaders.
• Lead study-level site monitoring strategy documented in Site Monitoring Plan.
• Set and lead Site Engagement Strategy across studies.
• Ensure timelines are maintained and provide essential study information for country-level teams.
