Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Istanbul, Turkey seeks an experienced EM Launch Lead Imaavy & EMEA PAH Product Manager to drive commercial growth across Emerging Markets and EMEA. You will collaborate with OPCO, Global teams, and ESO to plan launches and optimize portfolios.

The role requires 8+ years in commercial functions, strategic thinking, and strong leadership in a matrix, multi-cultural environment. English fluency is essential, with French or Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years in Commercial functions.
• MBA preferred, multi-geographic experience preferred.
• Fluent English; French or Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Emerging Markets commercial leadership and launches for Imaavy and EMEA PAH portfolio.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with OPCO, Global team, ESO, and regional teams.
• Develop brand strategies, launch readiness dashboards, and pre-launch training.
• Forecasting, resource planning, and Go-To-Market model assessments.
• Drive growth projects and track brand performance.
