Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including global key accounts, through regular visits and proactive engagement.
Analyze client demands and craft innovative, customized HR solutions to meet complex staffing and recruitment needs.
Prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and bids to attract and secure new business opportunities.
Achieve and exceed financial and performance targets set for client acquisition and revenue growth.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality services aligned with Manpower Best Practices at all times.
Actively identify and pursue new client opportunities, focusing on expanding the company's market presence.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and client engagement.
