Job summary

Massive Bio, based in İstanbul, Türkiye, seeks a CEO Office Analyst focusing on Customer Success to support the CEO and Executive Office in a fast-paced, international, data-driven environment.

You will analyze customer health and engagement across pharma sponsors and strategic accounts, surface risks, and translate findings into actionable recommendations, while handling executive briefing materials and cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a highly analytical field (e.g., engineering, economics, business, statistics).
• 1–3 years of full-time experience in consulting, investment banking, customer success, or corporate strategy.
• Exposure to healthcare, life sciences, pharma, or B2B SaaS customer success environments is a plus.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer health, engagement, and outcomes data across sponsors and strategic accounts.
• Build dashboards and early-warning indicators for leadership and account teams.
• Translate analytical signals into concrete account plans and follow-through actions.
• Prepare briefing notes and materials for CEO, co-founders, and executives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Finance, and Commercial teams to gather data.
