AXA Partners is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to provide first-line support across the organization, ensuring colleagues stay connected and productive. You will install and maintain desktops, laptops and mobile devices while troubleshooting Windows, Office and AD issues.

We value strong problem-solving skills, a customer-first mindset and clear communication in an international environment. 3 years of IT support experience and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in IT Help Desk, Service Desk or IT Support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office applications and Outlook.
• Experience with Active Directory and desktop hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL concepts.
• Understanding of networking basics and enterprise IT environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Proactive, service-oriented mindset with ability to multi-task.

Aufgaben

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software and end-user requests.
• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices and workplace technology.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Office, Outlook, network connectivity and AD issues.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions and onboarding/offboarding IT activities.
• Monitor, prioritize and resolve support tickets while ensuring a great user experience.
• Support IT infrastructure, security standards and business continuity processes.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver IT services.
• Share knowledge and improve documentation to enhance Help Desk operations.
