Job summary

Talentra is assisting a leading global technology company in recruiting a Senior Expert – Internal Audit to strengthen governance across building technologies, water management, and industrial applications. The role involves international audits, cross-functional collaboration, and presenting findings in English to senior stakeholders.

You will leverage data analytics, SAP/ERP systems, and AI-supported tools to identify risks, improve controls, and support strategic decisions while traveling

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or Law.
• Several years of experience in internal audit and compliance investigations within an international environment.
• Experience in an industrial or technology-focused organization is a plus.
• Knowledge of international audit and assurance methodologies.
• Experience with data analytics and SAP/ERP systems.
• Interest in leveraging AI-supported tools to improve audit efficiency and effectiveness.
• Strong written and spoken English; ability to present findings to stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and intercultural mindset with ability to build trust internationally.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• CIA qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and conduct internal audits across global business processes, focusing on international subsidiaries and intercontinental assignments.
• Review processes, controls, and governance structures; identify weaknesses and risks; develop practical recommendations.
• Collaborate with local and regional management and functional departments; conduct interviews and workshops; communicate findings effectively.
• Prepare audit findings and reports in English; use data analytics, SAP/ERP, and AI tools to support decision-making.
• Travel internationally for on-site audits and build a network across the global organization.
