Job summary

AirAdvisor International is seeking a Data Analytics Engineer to drive evidence-based product decisions and accelerate our path to 1 million claims by 2026. You will report directly to the CEO and partner with Product, Engineers, and Designers to shape product strategy through rigorous experimentation and data-driven insights.

You will own end-to-end data work: expand event tracking, manage data pipelines into our analytics warehouse (BigQuery), and build core metrics and dashboards to monitor

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years in growth analytics and product analytics at B2C companies.
• Experience optimizing funnels and informing revenue decisions.
• Expertise in pricing models and revenue forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Segment funnel performance by geography, claim type, device, and cohort.
• Design and run experiments to evaluate product features and pricing.
• Build and maintain core product metrics and dashboards.
• Translate analyses into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Expand data tracking and data pipelines into the analytics warehouse.
