Job summary

Mapfre Turkey Internal Audit Unit seeks an experienced IT/Audit professional to lead cybersecurity and technology risk audits. You will guide fieldwork, reporting, and recommendations while coordinating with global teams across 10+ countries.

The role requires strong IT controls knowledge, cloud and AI risk insight, and the ability to work in an international setting with travel up to 10% annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with strong technology background.
• Minimum 6 years in IT/Cybersecurity audit or related risk areas.
• Experience reviewing IT controls, data, AI, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT and cybersecurity audit engagements across the full audit lifecycle.
• Audit information security, cloud, business continuity, DevOps, data and AI controls.
• Track implementation of audit recommendations and assess corrective actions.
• Contribute to risk-based audit plans by identifying key tech risks.
• Support Digital Transformation and evaluate new technologies and controls.
