Job summary

Coderspace partner, a global FMCG company, seeks a Team Lead for its Intelligent Automation team to drive design and delivery of AI-enabled automation at international scale.

You will lead a team, collaborate with stakeholders, shape automation demand, and ensure governance, security, and scalable architectures using UiPath, AI frameworks, LLMs, and API integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people management experience.
• 3+ years of stakeholder management experience.
• 7+ years hands-on delivery in Intelligent Automation / Process Automation.
• 5+ years hands-on UiPath experience (Studio, Orchestrator, AI Agent Builder / Agentic Automation, Integration Services incl. API and MCP, prompt engineering).
• 3+ years on IT projects involving SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP or SAP BDC.
• Fluent English (C1 or above) as daily working language.

Responsibilities

• Assess and design AI automation across business functions.
• Demand, Pipeline and Portfolio Management (incl. Demand collection, prioritisation, capacity planning).
• Pro-actively generate and shape automation demands through workshops with business stakeholders.
• Prepare and consolidate services provided by the Intelligent Automation Team for internal inter-company charging.
• Act as Intelligent Automation expert on digitalizing end-to-end intelligent automation processes from discovery and process analysis through implementation and deployment.
• Design and implement solutions leveraging: UiPath Platform, Agentic AI Frameworks, AI Agents and RPA, LLM-based Solutions, Machine Learning Models, API-driven Integration, MCP (Model Context Protocol) enabled architectures.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing automation landscapes.
• Ensure governance, scalability, security, and maintainability of automation and AI solutions.
• Manage and lead the Intelligent Automation team and further improve its capabilities.
