Job summary

Döhler Turkey is seeking an Import Operations Specialist to be based in Istanbul Maltepe Office. The role focuses on maintaining systems, managing import banking processes, and coordinating invoices with the finance department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade or closely related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in import operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep system up to date.
• Execute handling all related banking process of import.
• Controlling all related invoices and forwarding to finance department.
• Documenting efficient and effective processes in the company's internal IT systems.
• Processing all required customs procedures and legalisations, in consultation with the site in question, taking current jurisdiction and legislation to account.
