Insider One is seeking a Head of Finance Operations to lead global finance operations across 30 countries, spanning payments, treasury, and procure-to-pay. You will own multi-currency cash management, banking relationships, and a scalable control framework.

This senior role demands hands-on leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of building distributed teams, driving automation, and partnering with Controlling, FP&A, Legal, and Procurement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Finance Operations or senior finance leadership.
• Experience in multi-country environments and cross-border payments.
• Deep Procure-to-Pay expertise and ERP/payments platforms.
• Proven ability to build and lead distributed finance teams across time zones.
• Ability to translate complex challenges into actionable plans.
• Fluency in English; strong cross-border communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead Insider One's Finance Operations globally, including AP, Procure-to-Pay, treasury and cash management across 30 countries.
• Manage banking relationships across geographies for optimal structures and cost efficiency.
• Oversee day-to-day payments accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
• Build and optimize Procure-to-Pay workflows across the full cycle.
• Identify gaps and risks; own practical solutions from ideation to execution.
• Stay close to operational details and step in to resolve complex issues.
• Lead a distributed Finance Operations team and foster ownership and excellence.
• Partner with Controlling, FP&A, Legal and Procurement on cross-functional processes.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with clear accountability and measurable outcomes.
• Drive automation and technology adoption to reduce effort and scale.
