Job summary

ATA is seeking an experienced Global Senior Financial Control Lead to strengthen financial control frameworks across its global operations. You will oversee group reporting, ensure timely closings, and maintain compliance with IFRS or US GAAP as applicable.

You will design internal controls, coordinate audits, mentor finance teams across regions, and drive automation to improve efficiency while upholding integrity and risk management.

Qualifications

• 7-8+ years in financial controlling, multinational or matrix settings.
• Experience leading multi-country financial operations and consolidations.
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks (COSO/SOX).
• Experience with IFRS or US GAAP as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead global financial reporting and timely, accurate closings (monthly, quarterly, year-end).
• Consolidate results across units and countries per group policies.
• Design and improve internal control frameworks to strengthen compliance and efficiency.
• Coordinate internal and external audits; ensure standardized global processes.
