Job summary

Volt Lines, Istanbul, seeks a Head of Strategy to bridge corporate strategy with financial insight for its ambitious growth plan. You will shape the company’s global strategic roadmap, assess new markets, and influence capital allocation.

You will collaborate with the Founder/CEO and senior leadership to drive international expansion, manage investor relations, and ensure alignment of resources with growth priorities on a global scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate strategy, finance, or a senior strategic role within a high-growth startup.
• Startup environment experience in a fast-paced ecosystem; adaptable & hands-on.
• Proven track record of driving international expansion, scaling across borders, and managing fundraising or investor relations.
• Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and business case development for startups.
• Executive presence: craft pitch materials, negotiate deals, align cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); entrepreneurial and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Global Expansion: design, drive, and execute international market entry and strategic agenda.
• Strategic Anchor & System Scalability: leverage Turkish operations as a launchpad for global rollout.
• Financial & Decision Modelling: lead advanced modelling, unit economics, capital allocation.
• Investor Relations & Fundraising: liaise with global investors, prepare data rooms and updates.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: align Finance, Product, and Operations for new geographies.
• The CEO’s Copilot: provide robust reporting to enable fast, data-driven decisions.
