NextUp in Turkey is seeking a Controlling Director to own end-to-end business planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance management within a growing FMCG group.

The role reports to the CFO, leading a finance team and partnering with commercial functions on pricing, profitability, and growth decisions, with exposure to international stakeholders and potential for broader finance leadership over time.

Formación

• Experience in FP&A, controlling, and commercial finance.
• Background in global FMCG organizations is preferred.
• End-to-end planning and forecasting expertise.
• Pricing, value chain, margin and profitability knowledge.
• Proven leadership of high-performing finance teams.
• Experience working with regional/global stakeholders.
• Strong English communication and presentation at management level.
• Calm, mature leadership with high standards.
• Ambition to grow into broader finance leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting and revision processes end to end.
• Prepare financial performance, variance and scenario analyses.
• Own management reporting and decision-support processes.
• Partner with commercial teams on pricing, value chain, profitability and growth decisions.
• Represent the local finance organization to regional and global stakeholders.
• Lead, develop and retain a high-performing finance team.
• Drive the development of data, automation and digital finance capabilities.
• Provide strategic financial insight to support business performance and decision-making.
