Yıldız Holding, founded in Istanbul, invites you to join as Internal Auditor. The role covers hands-on audit engagements across retail and production units globally, identifying key risks and strengthening internal controls.

The ideal candidate will have strong data analytics skills, experience in FMCG or multinational environments, and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python or similar tools. Travel across domestic and international Group companies is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in audit
• Experience in FMCG or multinational with multi-country operations preferred
• Knowledge of risk assessment, internal controls, and governance processes
• Excellent English communication for international stakeholders
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Professional certifications like CIA, CISA, ACCA, CPA are preferred

Responsabilités

• Perform operational and financial audit engagements across Group companies
• Identify risks and controls within business processes and evaluate effectiveness of controls
• Assess compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies during audits
• Report findings and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate risks
• Conduct follow-up audits to ensure timely management actions
• Prepare audit working papers with thorough documentation
• Coordinate with Internal Audit Manager and international stakeholders
