Job summary

Digiturk is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead audits across the organization in line with global standards. You will design risk-based audit plans, evaluate internal controls, and report findings to senior leadership and the Chairman as applicable.

The role requires a strong background in accounting and finance, with 15+ years of experience and at least 8 years in management. English fluency and professional certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance or related field.
• 15+ years of working experience with at least 8 years in managerial roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• CIA or other relevant certifications (CPA/CFA/CISA/CMA) preferred.
• Knowledge of IIA Global Internal Audit Standards and internal audit practices.
• Understanding of accounting and finance principles and reporting procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure with high integrity and ethics.
• Experience in team management and matrix organizations.
• Industry knowledge of media, broadcasting, pay-TV, or tech-driven businesses.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with guests and clients.

Responsibilities

• Audit all operations and report results to Group Internal Audit and Board as applicable.
• Prepare risk-focused audit plans and ensure implementation.
• Evaluate internal control effectiveness across departments.
• Assess conformance with governance principles and ethical values.
• Analyze financial data to identify cost savings and productivity gains.
• Provide consultancy and participate in special studies when needed.
• Maintain QAIP to improve internal audit quality and conformance.
