Responsibilities

Manage AP/AR and record sales/purchase transactions

Reconcile bank and credit card statements

Track expenses, budgets, and cash flow

Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports

Support CPA coordination, audits, and compliance

Maintain organized financial records

Assist with cost calculations and operational finance tasks
