Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, administration, or a similar business-support function
• Knowledge of accounting and financial processes
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP is an advantage)
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
• Strong ownership mentality and willingness to learn
• Hands-on approach and flexibility in a growing organization
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English and Turkish

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day finance, accounting and administrative activities
• Assist with invoice processing, financial record maintenance and month-end activities
• Ensure accurate documentation and coordinate with external stakeholders when required
• Support the preparation of financial and operational reports
• Assist with data analysis and monitoring of key business performance indicators
• Support customer invoicing processes and maintain commercial documentation
• Coordinate billing-related information with internal stakeholders
• Contribute to process optimization, digitalization and automation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures and regulations
