Job summary

Bodor Laser is seeking a sales professional to grow the Turkish market for CNC laser cutting machines. You will build relationships with manufacturers, present technical solutions, and close deals in a dynamic B2B environment.

Based in Konak, you will travel domestically, work with engineering and marketing teams, and provide feedback on market needs. Fluency in English or Chinese plus Turkish is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in selling laser cutting or CNC machines.
• Experience in B2B sales and machine tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
• Fluency in English or Chinese plus Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Study the market of the given area and provide feedback to management for sales reporting purposes.
• Seek new business in the given area. Build and foster customer relationships.
• Responsible for successfully managing sales by pursuing, generating, qualifying, and closing sales.
• Provide essential technical support in managing any customer support issues.
• Facilitate and support the Sales and Marketing team in organizing trade shows, conferences as well as other marketing events to promote business.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop plans to accomplish sales targets (quarterly and annually) and assess equipment needs.
• Respond to proposals for specific customer requirements by researching, developing, and presenting solutions.
• Promote the sale of Bodor Laser products. Support customers who are purchasing or about to make a purchase.
• Partner with other engineering staff for demonstration events.
• Proactively visit customer facilities to resolve difficult engineering issues and challenges.
• Report the work-related issues to the supervisor as required in a timely fashion.
• Other duties as assigned.
