Job summary

Banvit MBRF, a BRF group company, is seeking a Customer Service professional based in Bandırma to manage complaints from customers, consumers, and partners. You will monitor, validate, and classify issues, contribute to digitalization projects, and ensure adherence to BRF standards and ISO/HSE guidelines.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in PR, Communications, Business Administration or Food Engineering, fluent English a plus, and knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration or Food Engineering.
• English proficiency (highly desirable).
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office tools (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage complaints and claims for customers, consumers, key customers, global accounts, distributors, and branches
• Monitor, validate, and classify customer and consumer complaints
• Contribute to Customer Service projects (e.g., digitalization initiatives)
• Follow strictly standard complaints management processes, including workflow, documentation and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with BRF commitments and service standards
• Comply with MBRF’s corporate policies, standards, and quality systems
• Work in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, FSSC, and HSE guidelines
