Job summary

Banvit BRF in Bandırma seeks a Production Line Supervisor to manage the intake and output of materials, workforce and resources, while ensuring safety and quality standards. You will monitor KPIs and coach team members.

The ideal candidate has a relevant bachelor’s degree, 1+ year in food manufacturing, English desirable, and willingness to work shifts. Relocation to Bandırma is expected; MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering or Veterinary Science.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the food industry (manufacturing preferred).
• Expertise in food safety and food technology standards.
• Good command of English (desirable).
• Good command of MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Residence in Bandırma or willingness to relocate.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.

What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?

• Ensure that employees are trained to do their work and their trainings are documented

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering or Veterinary Science
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the food industry (preferably in manufacturing)
• Expertise in food safety and food technology standards
• Good command of the English language (highly desirable)
• Good command of MS Office (Word/Excel)
• Living in Bandırma or open to relocation
• Flexibility to work in shifts and alternate production hours (required)
