Job summary

Ozeol International is seeking an International Buyer to manage product families and supplier portfolios on a global scale. You will search for and select products and suppliers aligned with the company's purchasing strategy, and negotiate contracts to meet cost, lead time, and quality objectives.

You will identify opportunities for profitable sourcing, manage orders, and coordinate with managers and staff to achieve set targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Commerce, Procurement management, or related field.
• Proven track record in purchasing and negotiation, or trading.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.
• Excellent command of English; French is a plus.
• Commercial mindset and mitigation of risk in purchasing decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Market Prospecting: Identify and purchase overstocks and unsold goods on the international market.
• Negotiation: Negotiate purchasing conditions and prices to secure favorable terms.
• Order Management: Follow up on orders and ensure documentation is in place.
• Software and Office Resources: Use internal software and office tools effectively.
• Claims and Disputes: Handle claims and disputes with suppliers and customers.
• Coordination and Communication: Maintain regular communication with managers and teams.
• Objective Achievement: Meet qualitative and quantitative targets set by management.
