Executive English Coaching seeks a Global Business Communication Trainer based in Yalova to deliver executive training on business writing, presentations, negotiations, and meetings in English. You will curate customized content and create assessment tools for ongoing progress reporting.

GLOBAL BUSINESS COMMUNICATION TRAINER- Location is in YALOVA

About the job:

Executive English Coaching is an executive training and communications consulting company focused solely on teaching Business English and cross-cultural communication skills to professionals in Istanbul, Turkey. Our clients speak English at a minimum of intermediate level. We are not a language course and we do NOT teach basic grammar or general English.

We are looking to add trainers to our team who speak English as a first language, reside in Yalova, Pendik, Gölcük, Karamürsel or within a 20-minute drive of Yalova, and have worked in executive positions in professional / corporate companies (preferably abroad).

WE ARE NOT looking for English teachers, but trainers with

corporate company experience who can add value to our clients.

Knowledge of Turkish is strongly preferred.

Having lived and worked abroad will be considered an advantage.

This contract position can lead to a full-time position.

The focus of your work:

• You will curate customized training content using our library of business books and online subscriptions, in line with to the language needs of the individual client or the expectations of their employer.
• You will deliver private or group sessions on topics such as Business Writing, Presentations in English, Negotiations, Persuasion Skill and Meetings in English.
• You will create tools (case studies, quizzes, exercises etc.) to assess the client's progress and regularly draft assessment reports.

What you should bring with you:

• A university degree.
• . English proficiency at 'English as first language ' level, knowledge of Turkish is a plus
• A minimum of 5 years of employment in Turkey or overseas and in positions that required regular use of professional spoken and written English, preferably in a corporate company environment
• Business acumen, i.e., a solid understanding of business situations, corporate structures and processes
• A solid understanding of cross-cultural communication challenges executives face in business
• Experience in using MS office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint)
