Job summary

Randstad Türkiye is seeking an Accounting Advisory Assistant II for a full-time hybrid role based in Şişli, with some work from home options. The Senior Consultant will handle audit of financial statements, reporting in hyperinflationary contexts, and ERP-related changes.

The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment; CPA or equivalent is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• CPA or equivalent certifications are a plus.
• Experience with financial statements and reporting processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Audit and review of financial statements and related disclosures.
• Financial reporting in hyperinflationary economies and KPI tracking.
• Compile financial statements and support ERP system changes.
• Assist in managing IFRS records in SAP and currency transitions.
• Provide complex accounting solutions and technical support.
• Contribute to company valuation, impairment studies, and PPA reports.
