Job summary

Randstad Türkiye is seeking an Accounting Advisory Senior Consultant to deliver IFRS-based financial reporting and advisory services. You will work on complex accounting matters, support SAP-enabled transformations, and assist clients with IFRS-compliant financial statements and PPA analyses.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
Solid knowledge of financial statements and IFRS principles.
Experience with journal entries and financial reporting processes.
Experience with SAP or ERP transformations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Perform financial statement audits, reviews, and reporting engagements.
Prepare and review IFRS-compliant financial statements.
Support reporting in hyperinflationary economies (IAS 29).
Provide technical accounting advisory services and develop solutions.
Assist with ERP implementations and IFRS accounting records in SAP.
Support currency assessments and transition processes for clients.
Participate in business valuation and impairment projects.
Prepare PPA reports and related analyses.
Collaborate with clients to identify accounting challenges and ensure compliance.
