Job summary

Insider One is seeking a Customer Success support specialist with a focus on German clients. You will work with marketing and engagement teams to ensure a smooth partner experience and timely issue resolution.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in SaaS or MIS software support, strong German and English written and verbal skills, and a willingness to collaborate with Product and CS teams. Turkish is a plus and a university degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Fluent German and English, with German client work.
• 1+ year in software product support or SaaS environments.
• Experience with MIS or software development teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns assigned partner tech relationships and supports seamless experience.
• Communicates clearly and solves problems efficiently.
• Coordinate with Customer Success Managers to support partners.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve requests, and propose creative solutions.
• Advocate for partners by feeding feedback to Product to improve offerings.
• Meet SLAs for response and resolution times.
