Voodoo, a Paris-founded consumer tech company, is seeking a Data Analyst in Istanbul with relocation support. You will join a newly established internal studio focused on scaling a high-potential prototype, driving data-driven decisions across engagement, retention, and monetization.

You will lead data collection best practices, analyze large datasets, build dashboards, collaborate with designers, product managers and developers, and run AB tests to optimize features and the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of analytical experience in gaming, tech, or data-driven industries.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Strong knowledge of AB testing and forecasting concepts.

Responsabilités

• Establish data collection, analysis and reporting best practices.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to understand player behavior.
• Translate insights into recommendations for game design and roadmap.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs and developers to embed analytics.
• Design and maintain automated dashboards and AB test experiments.
