Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling efficient check-in/check-out, and providing information about hotel facilities and services to enhance guest experience.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel front office or guest services position is preferred.
• Experience with hotel PMS systems is an advantage.
• Previous experience in an international hotel environment is a plus.
• Experience in handling guest requests, reservations, check-in, and check-out procedures is preferred.
