Job summary

JBT Marel in Istanbul, Türkiye, is seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist who can deliver technical and operational support to customers, field service teams and internal stakeholders across Prepared Foods. You will troubleshoot remotely, coordinate service activities, and collaborate with global teams to ensure high-quality service and rapid resolutions.

Fluency in Turkish and English and a proactive, customer-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Technical Support, Field Service, or service coordination.
• Experience with food processing equipment or industrial machinery.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple service activities across countries.
• Fluent Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational support for JBT Marel’s Prepared Foods solutions.
• Collaborate with Service Managers, Technical Service Engineers and internal teams to ensure service activities are planned, coordinated and delivered effectively.
• Plan and coordinate service activities and events, driving execution and feedback loops.
• Process and coordinate customer requests for service jobs and renewals of service contracts.
• Assist with travel arrangements and site preparation for service teams.
• Contribute to knowledge bases, training materials and internal learning programs.
• Escalate and manage critical issues to ensure fast resolution.
