Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Technical Support or related technical roles.
• Experience in food processing or industrial machinery is desirable.
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment and troubleshooting.
• Fluent Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with CRM, service management or PLM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational support for Prepared Foods solutions.
• Coordinate service activities with Service Managers and engineers.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues remotely.
• Assist with travel arrangements and service events.
• Support renewal of service contracts and commercial offerings.
• Collaborate with international teams to deliver solutions.
