Job summary

Soho House & Co. in Turkey is seeking a friendly and proactive waiter to deliver exceptional service to our guests. You will inform guests about daily specials and menu changes, and take accurate orders with a friendly upsell approach.

You will enter orders into the Micros system, maintain mise-en-place, perform basic cleaning tasks, and cover for absent staff as needed, upholding our standard of hospitality and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well under pressure coordinating many requests.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.
• Knowledge of POS devices.
• Service knowledge.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Inform guests about daily specials and menu changes.
• Suggest food and beverages to guests and attempt to upsell.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests on the order taking pads.
• Ensure order accuracy by repeating orders to guests.
• Enter food and beverage into the Micros system.
• Mise-en-Place / adhere to duties check-lists.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor/manager.
• Fill in for absent staff as needed.
