Job summary

Soho House & Co. is seeking a waiter to join our hospitality team in Turkey. You will notify guests of daily specials, guide menu choices, and upsell beverage and food items to enhance the dining experience.

The role requires ordering accuracy, strong English communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays when needed. You will support mise-en-place and maintain a clean work area.

Qualifications

• Able to work under pressure with multiple requests.
• Available for weekend/holiday shifts when needed.
• Fluent English spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Inform guests about daily specials and menu changes.
• Suggest food and drinks and upsell where appropriate.
• Take orders from guests using order pads.
• Confirm orders by repeating them to guests.
• Enter orders into the Micros system accurately.
• Maintain mise-en-place and follow checklists.
• Perform basic cleaning and assist during staff shortages.
