Job summary

REED Türkiye is seeking a Budgeting and Reporting Specialist for our international manufacturing client. The role focuses on preparing budgets, forecasts, and IFRS-compliant financial reports, with close collaboration across departments.

Strong Netsis ERP and Excel skills, plus English proficiency, are required. The ideal candidate will analyze variances, support monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, and contribute to process improvements in budgeting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of budgeting, reporting, financial analysis, or similar role.
• Good knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles.
• Proficient in Netsis ERP system.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Advanced Excel skills; Pivot Tables and data analysis; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze periodic budget, forecast, and financial reports.
• Monitor actual results against budget and explain variances.
• Support monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting packages.
• Ensure IFRS-compliant reporting.
• Collaborate with departments to consolidate financial data.
• Support budgeting/forecasting with data, analyses, and reports.
• Maintain and improve reporting templates and tools; prepare management reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of budgeting and reporting processes.
