Job summary

DFDS is seeking a Fleet Control and Reporting Engineer to monitor and optimize vehicle and driver operations, plan efficient routes, and ensure compliance with regulations. You will analyze fleet costs, improve utilization, and contribute to cost-effective logistics through data-driven reporting.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, 1–2 years of experience, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with strong analytical and planning skills and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience.

• Strong analytical thinking, planning and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English.
• For male candidates, completion of military service required.
• Residence in Çayırova, Darıca, or Gebze preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor locations, working hours, and routes of trucks and drivers.
• Plan routes and loads for efficient vehicle use.
• Handle international fines related to fleet operations.
• Analyse fleet costs and performance; report findings.
• Ensure tachograph and ADR compliance.
