Job summary

complead (formerly Sanction Scanner) invites final-year students or recent graduates to join its Management Trainee programme in Istanbul. Work full-time five days a week in Üsküdar, no rotations; you pick a track and start delivering from week one.

You will be mentored with weekly reviews and a clear path to a permanent role after graduation. English and Turkish fluency are required, with strong coding for the software track.

Qualifications

• Final-year undergraduate student, graduating between January and July 2027.
• Any major is welcome for most tracks; software track requires strong coding skills.
• Full-time in Üsküdar office; no daytime classes left.
• Must have internship, project, GitHub repo, model, campaign or club role to show.
• You use AI tools beyond homework and can demonstrate it.

Responsibilities

• Join one track and stay in it with real work from week one.
• Work five days a week in Istanbul office.
• Graduate and join the team permanently in the role you have been doing.
• Receive mentorship and regular check-ins with clear goals.
