Job summary

Teknasyon is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to work across product verticals and international entities, turning data into strategic decisions. You’ll bring AI fluency to the work and help the team move faster with modern tooling.

You’ll partner with product, growth, and operations to understand drivers, automate processes, and deliver insightful management reporting for leadership and boards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, business analysis, audit, or a similar analytical role.
• Some exposure to multi-entity or cross-border finance is a strong plus.
• Solid financial modeling skills; you know what a well-structured Excel or Google Sheets model looks like.
• Active user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Perple or similar).
• You communicate clearly — in writing, in meetings, and in the models you build.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly financial planning cycles: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models and dashboards used by leadership across multiple entities.
• Track and consolidate P&L performance across companies affiliates & subsidiaries into international markets.
• Work closely with product, growth, and ops teams to understand what's driving the numbers.
• Prepare management reports, board materials, and ad hoc analysis with clear takeaways.
• Automate repetitive financial workflows using AI and modern tooling — and make the whole team faster.
• Ask "why" before building another tab.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, business analysis, audit, or a similar analytical role.
• Some exposure to multi-entity or cross-border finance is a strong plus — even if it's limited.
• Solid financial modeling skills; you know what a well-structured Excel or Google Sheets model looks like.
• Active user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Perple or similar) in your day-to-day work.
• You communicate clearly — in writing, in meetings, and in the models you build.
• High curiosity: you read about the businesses you work for, not just the numbers.
• You're proactive by default — you don't wait to be told what needs fixing.
• Fluent in English; Turkish is a given.
• Exposure to SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, LTV, CAC) or consumer app economics (ROAS, churn, LTV, CAC).
• Experience working with crossborder teams.
