Job summary

bitaksi is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. You will analyze variances, track KPIs, and provide insights to improve performance across finance, operations, marketing, and product teams.

The role involves strategic planning, cash flow forecasting, and timely financial reporting. Strong Excel skills (Google Sheets a plus) and a proactive, collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering; MBA is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance or commercial roles; audit background is a strong advantage.
• Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Perform variance analysis between actuals, budget, and forecast, and explain deviations
• Track KPIs and provide recommendations to improve business performance
• Support strategic planning and cash flow forecasting
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports for management decision-making
• Collaborate with finance, operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure business alignment
• Assist in audit-related data collection and documentation processes
• Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, payment service providers, and external financial partners

To join us as a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
