bitaksi, Turkey's leading taxi-hailing app, is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist in Istanbul. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning while tracking KPIs to drive business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 2+ years of experience in finance or commercial roles.
• Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and financial analysis.
• Strong ability to interpret data and provide clear insights.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
• Proactive, self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable working cross-functionally.
• Advanced Excel skills; Google Sheets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform variance analysis between actuals, budget, and forecast, and explain deviations.
• Track KPIs and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
• Support strategic planning and cash flow forecasting.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports for management decisions.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, marketing, and product teams for alignment.
• Assist in audit-related data collection and documentation processes.
