Job summary

AGAONE COMMODITIES is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Controlling Specialist to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across the group. You will prepare monthly and quarterly analyses, monitor KPIs, consolidate data from group companies, and collaborate with the Controlling Manager, CFO, and department heads to drive accurate, timely decision-making.

Strong Excel, IFRS awareness, and experience with ERP systems are valued, along with English proficiency for cross-border

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with Big Four experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and experience in financial analysis and modeling.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and perform actual vs. budget variance analysis.
• Prepare profitability and cost analyses across business units, products, or projects.
• Support sensitivity and scenario analyses.
• Monitor key financial KPIs and prepare regular management reports.
• Analyze financial data and identify significant variances, risks, and trends.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes in coordination with the accounting team.
• Prepare financial models and analyses requested by the Financial Controlling Manager and CFO.
• Collect and consolidate financial data from group companies.
• Work closely with department heads to monitor budgets and expenditures.
• Prepare presentations and reports for management meetings.
• Support the improvement and standardization of financial reporting and controlling processes.
• Contribute to the development of reporting tools and systems.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Controlling Specialist to support financial controlling, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes across our group companies.

The Financial Controlling Specialist will be responsible for preparing financial reports and analyses, monitoring budget performance, supporting forecasting processes, and providing accurate and timely financial information to management. The role will work closely with the Financial Controlling Manager, accounting team, and relevant departments to ensure financial data accuracy and support effective decision-making.
