MAHLE, a leading global automotive supplier, seeks a Financial Controller at its Gebze/Kocaeli location, TR. You will oversee monthly reporting, planning, and cost analysis, leading month-end closings and supporting CAPEX and standard costing projects.

Formación

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in financial controlling, reporting, or similar finance role, preferably in a plant environment.
• Good knowledge of SAP, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and standard costing.

Responsabilidades

• Manage monthly financial reporting, including early forecasting and data input into central reporting tool.
• Lead month-end closing activities and provide analysis of financial results.
• Prepare and ensure timely upload of planning data, including monthly forecasting, FC2, Budget, and Strategic Plan.
• Support CAPEX management and standard costing processes.
• Prepare and support various Controlling studies and related analyses.
• Ensure transfer prices are maintained, aligned, and approved per internal requirements.
• Ensure compliance with reporting deadlines and quality standards; contribute to process improvement.

Your Contribution

As a Financial Controller, you will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and planning while supporting key controlling processes and continuous improvement activities.

• Manage monthly financial reporting, including early forecasting (Flash) and data input into central reporting tool (MARS), and preparing HB2 financials in SAP S4 Hana.
• Lead month-end closing activities and provide analysis of financial results.
• Prepare and ensure timely and accurate upload of planning data, including monthly forecasting as well as yearly FC2, Budget, and Strategic Plan.
• Support CAPEX management and standard costing processes.
• Prepare and support various Controlling studies (including product profitability analysis) and related financial analyses.
• Ensure transfer prices are accurately maintained, aligned, and approved in line with internal requirements.
• Ensure compliance with reporting deadlines and quality standards while contributing to continuous improvement of controlling processes.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in financial controlling, reporting, or a similar finance role – preferably in a plant environment.
• Good knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
• Good understanding of financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and standard costing processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, proactive approach, and ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Very good English skills.
