Job summary

MAHLE is seeking a Financial Controller at our Gebze location to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and planning. You will support key controlling processes, lead month-end closings, and drive continuous improvement in controlling activities.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Finance and experience in financial controlling, with strong SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, and very good English.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in financial controlling, reporting, or a similar finance role – preferably in a plant environment.
• Good knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
• Good understanding of financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and standard costing processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, proactive approach, and ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Very good English skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly financial reporting, including early forecasting (Flash) and data input into central reporting tool (MARS), and preparing HB2 financials in SAP S4 Hana.
• Lead month-end closing activities and provide analysis of financial results.
• Prepare and ensure timely and accurate upload of planning data, including monthly forecasting as well as yearly FC2, Budget, and Strategic Plan.
• Support CAPEX management and standard costing processes.
• Prepare and support various Controlling studies (including product profitability analysis) and related financial analyses.
• Ensure transfer prices are accurately maintained, aligned, and approved in line with internal requirements.
• Ensure compliance with reporting deadlines and quality standards while contributing to continuous improvement of controlling processes.

Your Contribution

As a Financial Controller, you will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and planning while supporting key controlling processes and continuous improvement activities.

Your Experience & Qualifications
