Bausch + Lomb is a global eye health leader focused on protecting and improving sight across life stages. The EMEA Finance team seeks a business analyst to partner with regional leaders, drive variance analysis, and support planning and forecasting processes.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, proficiency in SAP, Excel and PowerBI, and fluent English to communicate with senior stakeholders across the region. Istanbul-based or Turkey operations are involved.

Qualificações

• Degree in Economics and Business Administration is required.
• Experience in Finance and financial planning.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP, Excel and PowerBI.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides business analysis for our EMEA Business to identify key variances, drivers and action plans
• Provides quality financial analysis and collects regional input to explain monthly/quarterly results to regional and senior leaders
• Prepares and consolidates regional operating plan and forecasts in line with corporate requirements and guidelines
• Identifies opportunities for improvements of planning, forecasting and analysis
• Involved in strategic and long term business plans (submissions, preparation, communication with all business partners)
• Maintains a strong relationship and collaborates with international Finance departments as well as Senior Management
• Provides ad-hoc reports and analysis
